Inspiration

Cycling is a big part of my life and I love all aspects of the sport. I’ve followed the amazing feats of Martyn Ashton since I was a teenager and his accident a couple of years ago, leaving him a paraplegic, was a real shock; he was just so talented and seemed to defy what was possible on a bike. The way that he has gotten on with his life since his accident and remained active in the sport is truly inspirational and puts a lot of my challenges into perspective.

This video really put a smile on my face this morning. Enjoy.
